From Emergency Lighting testing to Fire Risk Assessments we ensure we have the right people with the qualifications necessary to carry out the job. Any recommendations made as a result of these reports are acted on straight away to ensure the buildings we manage are properly equipped to deal with potential hazards from fire, electrics or other Health & Safety risks.
All of our managed properties are adequately insured via our preferred broker who offers competitive rates through researching the market. We handle all claims made for communal damage ensuring all works and claims are settled in a speedy manner.
We have a substantial record in maximising rental income whilst controlling expenditure to justifiable levels. In addition we keep arrears to a minimum level through regular tenant contact and administration.

As RICS Chartered Surveyors we are able to aid in the preparation of schedules of dilapidation, condition & works, rent reviews and lease renewal negotiations. As with all the properties we manage we adhere to current health and safety legislation including NICEIC & Gas Safe testing.
